We want to assure you that even during this challenging time, Material Management is taking every precaution to keep both you and our employees safe while maintaining service continuity. Our leadership is closely monitoring the guidance from the Center for Disease Control in the United States (CDC), and The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as well as local and federal health authorities to ensure we maintain the most accurate information necessary to protect our customers and employees.

We are not always in the office, but we are always available

In compliance with local mandates, we have at times been required to make the shift to fully remote work. Material Management’s commitment to technology investment makes us uniquely capable to seamlessly make this transition with zero loss in service capability or quality. As always, we are available every day during or normal operating hours via phone and email.

We have made contingency plans for emergency interruptions

As part of our commitment to service continuity, Material Management is making contingency plans for every component of your waste program. We have identified alternative haulers and services in the event your current arrangement becomes unavailable due to COVID-19 interruptions. Standard Operating Procedures have been extended to include new COVID-19 guidance

In order to ensure the safe continuation of service, Material Management have extended our Standard Operating Procedures relating to waste handling to adhere to the safety guidelines of local and federal health authorities. We also require that all of our partners, suppliers take similar precautions.
